I'm really glad to hear you're doing well! I'm also on a post-grad job hunt, and you're inspiring me to start looking beyond just what is close to me (scary though it may be), so thank you. I may have to pick up a copy of The Alchemist. Anyway, congratulations, and I hope you continue to do well and have fantastic adventures!
Hey thanks for the update! It sounds like you had a really important experience this summer, intentional or not, in going "off the grid." I think it's super important to do that sometimes, to connect with what it means to live fully present not just in the moment in terms of time but also physically present. I feel like sometimes when we're in the digital world so much it almost feels like we're not fully physically present in one space!
congrats on the awesome job at fenway! enjoy boston. sometimes it is nice to just let go and let the universe take the reins. glad you discovered the alchemist. it has been one of my favorite books since i discovered it in high school.
Fenway was the only place that took a chance and let me start T. They have such a great group of people, and should be a good place for you. Welcome to my hometown!!
Wow, you are in Bhaaaaastin!! It is nice to finally get an update. You have the right mindset to not rush in to the grind of more school, more work, etc. What a great experience lies ahead for you. And you are looking more and more handsome than ever!! Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Follow your dreams and enjoy every minute of every new experience. Chris
I realize it's now been 11 months, but I hope you were able to find an apartment and are enjoying the Boston metroplex (personally, I preferred Cambridge and Allston when I was studying there). And if you're still "urban," may your experiences on the 'T' all be good ones! I always cringed when I ended up on a car which looked like it was my grandparents' age!
I almost spat out my soda when you said that you're a UNR alumnus. Glad that you're representing No. NV :D Please continue to travel and work in different and exciting places. Yes, the trans community could use someone like you back here, but I think that you should learn as much as you can out of state. It's a part of your growth, after all. And if/when you're ready to return, you can share all that expertise with us in the LGBT. Have fun!
Great to see you back on YT. Sounds like you had a neat summer. I hope you grow to love Boston. Which FCH facility do you work at (Ansin?) and part of town would you prefer to live in?
Seems to me you're going to miss your dogs. Plus I think you're going to find the culture different in the East, particularly New England. You sound good and it's good to see you again.
Sounds like you've entered a really exciting 'chapter' of your life. Have fun in Boston!
It's great to see you again, and congrats on the new job!
You are totally amazing! I am so happy for you! I hope your life continues to be fantastic!
Congrats on following your heart and taking and big step! Have fun exploring a new city!

Thanks! Yes, working at the Ansin building! And I'm looking in Fenway/Kenmore, Brookline, Allston, Brighton... Something with an easy commute!
Nice to know you're fine! :)
Glad you're doing okay :)
