What is the difference between the Delta and the Cremator? Aside from the shot size restrictions on the Delta?

Literally what i was about to comment,, looks like no one knows,,,, maybe thats the only difference,,,, but i doo see “TST” triple shot technology on the info for cremator,,,, doo not see that on delta’s info
