I had too much footage for 1 video to show everything in the 5 Kandi buildings (Towers 1, 2, and 3, Grosvenor Square, and Chatsworth Suites) so I decide to split it into 2 parts......appreciate the comment and view

@@bipolarpunt5721 Agree....between the two gyms, there is plenty of equipment....still even the rooftop gym is a bit small, but I don't find too many people there, so it's not really an issue even in the morning....appreciate the comment

Probably good size if single but i would want at least one bedroom apartment if i was sharing with a partner 👍🙂

There are 1 and 2 bedroom units available on the Kandi Campus....I'd rather not discuss specific pricing for my particular studio unit, so will give you an honest range: 700 - 1,400 USD per month, but that depends on various factors: length of stay, unit size, with or without balcony, which Kandi building your in, with or without a view, time of season, who you rent from (Kandi Realty or an owner leasing their unit), etc.....best to search google for independents (through Airbnb for example) and consult with Kandi Realty...I've provided Kandi's email at the end of the discussion section of the vid. I have to laugh at your pronounciation of Grosvenor Square! It is pronounced Groves-nor (Grosvenor Square, London is where the US Embassy was located). If you have a Cockney accent the "S" is totally silent instead of transposed. Great information, thanks. They were built after I stopped living in Angeles full time, but now considering buying a condo for when we visit "home".
