well the reason tanjiro knows sun breathing is because he saw his dad doing hinokami kagura, and since nezuko is second born it should be safe to assume she has seen it aswell. Even if she hasn't, breathing styles are things that can be learnt so she can learn it from tanjiro, she has seen him use it multiple times.
