Such cool set design, very graceful jump over the chair, and I love the blocking of the ending. Like, it gives the impression that Gabe only addresses Dan at that point because Diana turned back. Love it.
Thanks for uploading this ♥ I love love love this cast too. The original 2018 production actually only ran for 2 months (which is pretty common for musicals in China. Until recently, they're a niche field, and the same tiny theater-going crowd gets tired of any show after a while 🥲). There was already a revival last year and another coming, hopefully by year end. The cast for the new round will be announced any time now. I hope the same cast joins again! And that China will give out tourist visas again so I can try to go, but not much hope there 🥲
