Yeah I added some more AMD today because I think it’s oversold and greatly undervalued, but I’m keep a very low weighting at around 1.6% to reduce risk.
Hey Victor do you have an opinion on intel at current evaluations and potential new CEO? Can you see this being an opportunity for an AMD kind of turnaround when Lisa Su took over that company when it was at rock bottom? Or would you rather wait to see more and lose out on some potential gains before going for intel at this time at these multi year low prices?
Hi I actually predicted Intel’s current situation about 4 years ago in several of my videos. The issue is that Intel’s culture has not changed. And the company lacks focus. The company is trying to compete with everyone but it doesn’t have the capital to do that anymore. It’s even more behind Nvidia, AMD, TSMC, Apple in every major category (chip design, advanced chip manufacturing, process node technologies, AI, data center, mobile computing, etc.). I’ll probably make a video about Intel this month or next month.
@@TheIntelligentInvestor Thank you. I look forward to that video and also the video for broadcom because similar to you I sold broadcom too early at 175 level maybe one month before the big boom upward happened for the company. I thought it had become overvalued at that price and was hoping to reaccumulate it around 140 after a correction...and then it went to 240! This is the stock market. This is the game we love. So I am also re-evaluating broadcom at this time for new price targets. Thank you again.
I always dca only when the stock I like is undervalued. E.g. I have been DCA and kept buying Nvidia for the past 1 plus years whenever it dipped below its intrinsic value.
During Donald Trump's presidency (2017-2021), the U.S.-China relationship was marked by significant tension and shifts in policy. Here are the key aspects of the relationship during that time: Trade and Economic Tensions Trade War: Trump initiated a trade war with China, imposing tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars' worth of Chinese goods. China retaliated with its own tariffs on U.S. products. Phase One Trade Deal: In January 2020, the two countries signed a "Phase One" trade agreement. China committed to buying more U.S. goods, particularly agricultural products, but many structural issues remained unresolved. Tech and Intellectual Property: The U.S. accused China of intellectual property theft and unfair trade practices. Restrictions were placed on Chinese tech companies like Huawei and ZTE. Geopolitical and Security Issues South China Sea: The Trump administration increased its military presence in the South China Sea to counter China's territorial claims and militarization in the region. Taiwan: The U.S. strengthened its ties with Taiwan, including arms sales and high-level visits, angering Beijing. lets hope the above wont repeat...

Lolol
shriller pe has historically been very bad at forecasting future prospects of the stock market
The Shiller PE showed the market peaked in Dec 2021. But I think we have to look at multiple indicators to try to predict the market peak.

Yeah, I agree. I hope he doesn't cause more trade wars which always affect the market.

President Trumps immigration policy is not controversial.
It is merely common sense
Yeah, I used the wrong word. But I'm trying to be as neutral and stay away from politics as much as possible.
