YEEEESSIR!!!! I been waiting for your review on these. So let’s have a discussion.
A lot of people give the OGs so much credit to the point where the flaws get ignored and overlooked. Some of these newer retroes in some ways are better than the OG. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ isn’t it ok for something new to be better than the old . I’ve seen comparisons of the 88s OG pairs to the Reimagined and it’s just as flawed as many of the older jordan 3 releases in recent years. The overall shape might be better on the OG but the quality and craftsmanship is waaaay better on the 2023 pair for sure. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. 💯💯

No your absolutely right. The materials were softer , thicker back in the days , but also that’s just how sneakers were made back then, they weren’t as efficient with waste, cutting, etc , so it’s a strange debate. And like I always said, those leathers were soft bc those were the models you had to play in. And softer leather means better break in.

@@KingLeonidas23 AGREED 100%. Me personally I think the 1999 Bred and White Cement 4s has the best Jordan 4 shape of all time. As well as the 2000 Fire Red and Black Metallic 5s. Both of those silhouettes of that time are better than the OG shapes imo. You hit it right on the money with this review. I definitely hope that they keep the OG treatments to just the OG colorways only and not the newer shit lol
