Man, that's so wicked, and I've always wanted to tie up into a white seabass. I wonder if that's Dave Henson Buddy that makes those custom swim bait heads if so, sweet wish I could get my hands on some too but awesome to see how it's done from a true method that works. with live squid
Man that’s awesome. Love the work being done to the sea bass fishery
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice video, where does funding come from ? Hatcheries aren't cheap. ❤❤❤❤
Fishing license fees contribute to a government-managed fund that supports coastal conservation organizations like the California Coastal Conservation Association. As well they also rely on donations and volunteers. A great way to support them is to join their member program - ccacalifornia.org/join-cca/
And to think that people complained about bringing these great fish numbers back from extinction. 😬
Catalina seems to benefit from your white Seabass stocking program. Why doesn’t San Diego get stocked as well?
The Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute, an independent nonprofit, has conducted white sea bass stocking in the San Diego region and they work with the california coastal conservation association
I get that. San Diego use to have great WSB fishing back in the 50s and 60s as did Catalina. Now Catalina is great fishing and San Diego is not. Why?
@@WhiteSeabassLimits only private boaters are fishing for them. Party boats don’t. In Catalina party boats get limits threw out the season!
@stephenearly9550 Right now sportboats are not after them. Everyone has tuna fever.
What the hell coffee what happened to the beer man?
Love seeing the cousins rods
