You should still be able to style your hair. It's permanently straight because after you wash your hair and let it dry, it's not wavy or curly; naturally straight.

Permanent! I did it 10 years ago and 6 years ago, and both time it was permanent until it grew out.. And the new hair that grew was wavy again lol ~ so half wavy and half straight lol

I may be late but just had this done today and really like the result! :) It didn't smell like chemical at all like when you do other treatments.
