ROGHANI RECIPE : Ingredients: Whole Wheat Aata 1 kg Wheat fiber 125 gms Desi Ghee 2 Cups Sugar 225 gms Milk 1 Liter Almonds (chopped) 1 Cup Walnuts (chopped) 1 Cup Raisins 1 Cup Currants 1 Cup Green Cardamom Powder 2 tbsp Eggs 6 Nos. Salt 1 tbsp Method: Heat milk in a pan, add sugar and cardamom powder till the sugar dissolves, and set aside to cool. In a bowl add atta, fiber, and all the dry fruit, salt, and eggs. Kneed the mix with the milk to a soft dough add ghee in the end and make thick round bread bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove and serve. NamKeen Karahi Recipe : Ingredients: Chicken Cubes 1 kg Green Chili 6 tsp Salt 1 tsp Lamb Fat small piece Black Pepper Crushed 1 tbsp Cumin Crushed 1 tbsp Coriander Crushed 1 tbsp Oil 1 cup Naan 4 Namkeen Karahi Written Recipe: Ingredients: Chicken Boti 1 kg Tomatoes 3 Green chilies 5 Salt 1 tsp Oil 1/2 cup Lamb fat 1 cup Method: In a pan lamb fat heat and fry meat for 5 minutes Then 2 cups of water and salt and cover it tomatoes and green chilies mix and cook for 10 minutes After this remove the covered and cook till than water is dry and serve hot Chicken Namkeen Karahi Written Recipe : Ingredients: Chicken (legs) 1 kg Onion 1 large Oil ½ cup Salt to taste Black pepper 1 tsp Yogurt 2 cups Green chilies 4-6 Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Ginger sliced 2 tbsp Crushed coriander 2 tbsp Crushed cumin 2 tbsp Method: Heat oil and fry chicken for 20 minutes and remove. Then fry garlic and onion. After this chicken, salt, and yogurt mix and fry for 10 minutes on high flame. When yogurt water dries then green chili, ginger, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, and black pepper mix & fry for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
