Most people wouldnt understand how life is abroad and how hard it is to save up. Lol i shake my head for the novice people i swear. Thats all i can say
Nice job. But I will suggest that you reduce the numbers of the questions to one or two. This will help to engage many people. Also I want you to do one for the #50m and get more responses. I gave kudos to the guy in red. He gave a good analysis of the situation in Nigeria. Even with #500m going back is a waste. No light, no road. Some will say they will establish business but the business that will fold up in six months. Why no electricity to run your production.
That guy at 8 min said the truth LOL. Problem is Nigerians will often time start to beef you if you deviate from that which they know and you actually succeed at it
@OsumareMedia I worked with Nigerians when I still did mental health support and they're the best team ever.. Maybe I was lucky sha but there are lots of good Nigerians who can help you grow if you aren't lazy. The bad ones just get the most PR, same as marriages
The last woman said the main truth on the last question Some will say, if you have 20million, why are you going abroad? Why not invest it here in Nigeria ? I have a friend who her husband opened a shop for just after their wedding And in just 2months, they bugled the shop, she got there one morning and it was empty 😢 The security issue alone is enough reason to japa👌 Nowhere is safe but some places are better👌
50 Million Nairas is a lot of money but I think going back home with at least 100 Million Nairas would be better and worth it due to the high cost of inflation nowadays there in Nigeria and in other parts of the world. Peace...
This video is very insightful and I love everyone’s delivery on the questions asked. It rains everywhere but, clearly many chose Abroad over home. It’s also concerning seeing a lot of people complaining of Nigerians being mean to their own people. These are people being interviewed separately o chai! 😢. I hope the media can preach and circulate love on this issue. ❤&💡
Glad you enjoyed and thanks!!! Stay tuned another episode is on the way very soon. You are right something needs to be done to correct the perspective Nigerians have of one another. 🤔🤔🤔
The situation in Nigeria has messed up a lot of people and it’s just like a traumatized child No matter where they go, it will never leave them until they see a therapist 🤷♀️ that’s how it is People are shouting Nigeria is bad The people in it made it that way 👌because of their w!ckednes and they exhibit this w!ckedness wherever they go👌
To each their own. Great content. You got a subscriber. That said, Most of the people you interviewed on the street are newbies & the ones in the shops are oldies. Until there’s a financial freedom, none of them is willing to recolate. The dude that sold his car, I’m not proud of him. I bet he sold his bungalow & lands too. He gon work his socks off to regain those things. Abroad ain’t easy anymore. Unless you already built your house back home, N50m won’t be sustainable.

One should buy a house or property they can afford in a demanding market environment overseas (such as in the United States, Canada, and/or Europe) depending on one's income and/financial status as a means of wise investment for the long run. Then one can then sell one's house or property after at least 5 years or 10 years by oneself. By then, the equity in the house or property would have increased in value tremendously. Use the equity obtained from that sold house or property to then invest into businesses and/or to easily build a house back home in Nigeria and/or Africa. Since the United States dollars, Canadian dollar and/or Euro currency (including Pound Sterling currency) are more greater in value than the Nigerian Nairas currency. Simple as it is. Peace...
@novellprice132 What you're saying makes a huge amount of sense however, the problem lies in that key word, affordability, many are struggling to make the amount they need to purchase and prices are going far quicker than wages. Are there other ways to move forward?
@@OsumareMedia Glad to read and know what I wrote makes a huge amount of sense. Yes, agree with you in that the key word is affordability nowadays. Yes, there are other ways to move forward by taking a risk in buying much lesser affordability properties such as an apartment without no attached unnecessary condo fees or a room, instead of buying a house and/or condo that is if it is out of affordability for oneself. I wouldn't recommend a condo because of its unnecessary condo fees that could rise unexpectedly and add more stress in affordability. Another way to move forward are just to take risks of buying properties and renting out these properties for one to have at least various rental incomes from their tenants on the side. Then sell these properties altogether being paid off by the tenants to make financial profits after a few years. It is a win win situation because equity in properties always tends to rise in financial value over the years. But it is a big risk doing it this way, it all depends on the real estate markets and/or tenants one as a landlord has at that time. Hope these helps. Peace...

50 million? u go buy one naija used car 10m, u go use d rest build 3 bedroom bungalow for Ikorodu inside inside inside..u go come begin pray for grace of God for food
I believe majority of those who are saying N50 million naira is not big enough to come home are in Nigeria thinking money is picked on the streets of London or America. First ask yourself with what you are earning now how long will it take you to reach that mark. Maybe many will never reach even N20 million in their life time. Give a hardworking and visionary man just N5 million naira and see what will become in the next few years. How many Nigerians living abroad can even boast of having N50 million ($27,000) as saving in his or her account i bet it very few. Europe and America can guarantee you good living but definitely not riches except you strategically invest your little saving back home.
The reason why money may not be enough is due to lacks of infrastructure in Nigeria, light 💡 in particular can frustrate someone that came from abroad, bad roads and security not to say the list!!
How much is 50million bruh.. with a job where am earning £3400 monthly with some other bonus.. my monthly savings is £1500. So I want you to do the calculations yourself with the current exchange rate. How long we it take me to save #50000 million. Fine Nigeria is our country and we can’t take that away but #50m right now is nothing.
Go back to Nigeria for 50 million naira? Am I mad? As i speak to you, 50 million naira is just £23,100 and you want me to go back to Nigeria with 50 million naira. To do what? My wife's nursing school fees for 3 years is over £45,000. When I did my master's, I paid £12000. Add all together and you want me to go back to Nigeria with 50 million naira. Even 500 million naira is not enough for me. Unless you say 500 million naira and the option of visiting UK.
Very interesting point of view, some people have said that with the money you could go back to Nigeria and start a business, please how true is this in your own opinion?
@OsumareMedia Yes it has, it is no news that the economy of Nigeria is in shambles, due to the increase of fuel, taxations and policies, this has led to departure/closure of many company's who find it difficult to run their businesses. And this in turn has resulted to loss of jobs. Businesses also has been affected cos the people who are buying are either jobless or can't afford it with a meagre minimum wage. As long as there's money to earn working over there, coming back to Nigeria is regrettable.
Why are some of these people speaking Yoruba language ? Are there no other tribes from Nigeria in Peckham. It seems you are tribalistic. That's rubbish.
