The Piccadilly Plaza development comprised of two multi-storey office buildings alongside a multi-storey hotel currently occupied by Mercure Piccadilly Hotel, all sitting on a plinth of car parking, shops and basement storage
The car park ramp serviced the Piccadilly Hotel; one of the three main elements of Piccadilly Plaza, along with Sunley House and Bernard House (demolished 2001) .
