Sarkos Formes. Age unknown. Birthplace unknown. Average height and build. Facial structure, undefined but most likely male based on build and voice. Referred to as male for the remainder of this document. Mr. Formes' wears a specialized helmet with visor that obscures most of his face at all times. Attempts have been made with the employee to have him remove his mask to confirm his identity but all have ended in rejection. On site surveillance measures have also been used in an attempt to view the employee's face however each attempt lead to the destruction of several devices. It is advised for all current and future personal to not attempt to view Mr. Formes' face behind his visor. The company cannot, and will not reward injury pay to any employee if an altercation breaks out because of Mr. Formes' visor.
Nothing is known of Mr. Formes' history or previous work experience. During the early days of the company's forming, Mr Formes appeared in the company's hanger and began criticizing various mobile suits. He referred to them as '3rd rate' and 'ill-suited for short term employment'. This lead to an altercation with the then, first lieutenant, Icy Glacius (later demoted due to the 'Case 079-0103'). After citations were issued and Mr. Formes and the first lieutenant were separated, the first lieutenant began the hiring process of Mr. Formes by, and I quote, "If you think you're so
good then why don't YOU fix them up, IDIOT!". Mr Formes agreed and has been with the company for 6 solar months now. Mr. Formes' hiring has increased our research and development of new mobile suits expedited. Due to Mr. Formes personalized knowledge of each of our mobile suits, he has been assigned Commander of the Karakas Vanguard Mercenary Corporation's Mobile Suit Squad. While he is lead researcher, his piloting skills are exceptional as well, leading to him being referred to as 'Master' by both his co-pilots and the company's staff.
Sarkos Formes' fields the EB-AX2. The 'Graze Ein', as it is known as, is based on data acquired on [REDACTED] from [REDACTED]. It features a shoulder mounted retractable 40mm autocannon, foot mounted drill, right arm mounted Pile Bunker, and twin nanolaminate axes. The EB-AX2 design makes it ideal for general purpose work but it can also serve long term positions due to its energy efficient reactor.
