Respect for his dedication to his flavors. That being said, I live in Utah and BYU has a creamery that makes some amazing ice cream. Their mint chip is really good but they also make a Graham Canyon and a Chocolate Graham Canyon and I would die for those flavors. Rich, great texture profile, sweet, what more can you ask for? You can probably find them outside of the BYU creamery but I can't guarantee their quality.
