The only flaw in this scene is that she covered the sheperd's purse while blanching and it took a long bathe in the water which is a no no. If you're blanching leafy greens, you just blanch it 30 secs then soak it in the ice bath to stop the cooking process. And when blanching, no need to cover it with lid, or else it will really wilt because you are trapping in too much hot air.

I tried to watch this drama before but the FL is just dense, it seemed she never learned to utilize her time nor could she work under pressure. That's two of the top job descriptions, the first is being able to WOW your customers, not a hit or miss chef. I don't know what episode this is but it looks like the pressure got to her again and she choked. It doesn't matter that he had stolen her main ingredient, she should've been able to adjust and plate something, anything. Anyone that has worked in a high-end restaurant has run across saboteurs that want to knock you down so they can gleefully watch you crash and burn, but a Iron Chef will treat it like a duck coming out of the water nothing can faze them it just drips off.
