水 120ml water 120ml
麻油 2小匙 sesame oil 2 tsp
蔥 數棵 Shallot
蠔仔 1斤 Oyster around 600g
蠔仔清洗 Oyster Cleaning
生粉 4大匙 corn starch 4 tbsp
沾醬 Dipping sauce ingredients
醬油 2 大匙 Soy sauce 2 tbsp
醋 3小匙 Vinegar 3 tsp
糖 1小匙 Sugar 1 tsp
蒜蓉 1小匙 Minced garlic 2tsp
芝麻 1小匙 Sesame 1 tsp
韓國辣椒粉 1小匙 Korean red pepper powder 1 tsp
