The best normal pokemon in gen1 was tauros. Tauros boasts a great 298 Attack stat and a great Speed stat, which leaves him outrun only by Alakazam, Starmie, Jolteon, and Persian, all of whom are fragile. Moreover, said high Speed stat gives Tauros a critical hit rate of 21.5%, making him even more dangerous. Tauros's defensive stats are also respectable, and, along with his typing and attacking options, allows him to go one-on-one against almost every Pokemon in the game if necessary.
In my own opinion, a lot of these aren't great but there were a few good ones. I like the idea of a split Dragonair evo that follows on from Dragonair's scheme while looking majestic. Not a fan of that design however. Metal Coat Sandlash is neat. Pegasus Rapidash is pretty cool Really like the evolution of Dewgong. Quite like the Lapras evo, but that's probaby because I love Lapras anyway. As others have said, most of them are a bit overdesigned and busy. They'd fit in better with Mega Evolutions. As a major example, your Weezing evo is a major step from Weezing and looks like it'd suit being a Mega. I appreciate the effort though if these are your designs.

I looked up the original artist for Drirrow and IT WAS intended to be a mega(which I believe to be the case for other designs here). For some odd reason the video creator decided to mistakenly portray them as normal evos.

Some Pokémon I actually think don’t need further Evolutions, their Final Stages for those like Fearow, Arbok and Wheezing are actually worth mega evolving, but Dodrio is a Pokemon that certainly should use a Further Evolution with 5 heads, and Meowth and Tauros are Pokemon that certainly could use a pre-evolution.
To me it's the first time I like fan made pokemons, it's kinda weird how a fan can actually understand how a pokemon concept have to be done even better than actual pokemon designers! Thank you so much for that visual pleasure !

They are Megas as their original creators broadcasted them to the world as such. I think Adve Adminis just used some creative liberty, creating his own names if they were a new pokemon rather than a different version. It's alike to a person making a regional variant of an already known pokemon, and then just making them a new pokemon with separate lines and all. Also, some of the other supposed fakemon inside the lineup like Madame, Dotri (Hināzu), and Pudi are actually Scrapped Pokemon designs and people such as Tomycase, Tim-Spookey, and etherealhaze aren't the only ones who have made artwork resembling them. Urbinator17, abeshoken , and Skallhati have created versions of the Scrapped Pokemon as well.
Wakelax Dark/Normal Type The conspiracy pokemon Gender(pokemon-specific) : yes This Pokemon WAS a normal munchlax, until his trainer showed him a conspiracy theory video right before he evolved. The snorlax had plenty of time to think about it while sleeping. When it woke up, it became wakelax, the woke conspiracy Pokemon who then retreated into a world of dark theories and now identifies as a Chansey.
