I can understand the need to borrow from legal systems that have been tried and tested elsewhere, however can we not also consider that we could come up with a constitution that speaks to our unique reality as Kenya.

In my view, we have one of the most progressive constitution in the continent and it gives ultimate power to the people. The only issue is that for decades now the constitution has not been upheld. For example the other day Hon Miguna Miguna publicly declared himself the commander of the Kenya revolution, (Gen Zs demonstrations and revolution), and commanded Gen Zs on the steps to take in order to overwhelm the security officers and the Kenya army (KDF), and to overthrow our democratically elected government and remove our democratically elected president from office. I can understand the need to borrow from legal systems that have been tried and tested elsewhere, however can we not also consider that we could come up with a constitution that speaks to our unique reality as Kenya.
Could you explain why you think the constitution does not represent us as Kenyans? In my view, we have one of the most progressive constitution in the continent and it gives ultimate power to the people. The only issue is that for decades now the constitution has not been upheld. Everyone just walks around with their own rules. If we stood unabashed by our current constitution, we would go far as a country.

1. The decision of ODM party leaders to work with Kenya kwanza party government is Heroic and patriotic. Hon Raira Amolo Odinga and his associates know what they are doing to ensure the survival of democracy, constitution and rule of law in Kenya. Kitendawili: " If our Kenya bus Express to Canaan as driven by his excellency the president of Kenya Dr William Ruto and his co-driver Hon Rigathi Gachagua gets stuck in the mud enroute to Canaan and the drivers ask for help from ODM drivers for the sake of getting Kenyans to Canaan, it's very good to see Hon Raira Amolo Odinga, a patriotic Kenyan, who loves Kenya and Kenyans willing to push Kenya bus from the mud for the sake of peace, love, unity, security, and prosperity in Kenya. Kenyans need to know that it's Hon Raira Amolo Odinga's zeal for the welfare of Kenyans and the need to see rapid social, economic and political development in Kenya that motivates his political actions and lead him to humble himself and cast down his political pride to the point of accepting nusu mkate, and handshakes from his political rivals in order to have a chance to make a difference in social, political and economic development in Kenya. Those opposing Hon Raira Amolo Odinga's discussion to work with the government are not friends of Kenya and Kenyans, are self-centered and don't know Hon Raira Amolo Odinga's noble vision for our country. In fact, I believe that Hon Raira Amolo Odinga is a very important political elder in our beloved country of Kenya and his political, social and political advice should be highly respected but not opposed by power hungry old political associates and inexperienced juvenile politicians.
2. The opposition parties leaders and their supporters used the unpopularity of the finance bill to seduce young Kenyans to support them thinking that they joined other Kenyans stop the tax bill from becoming law in Kenya. Many Kenyans didn't know that the hidden agenda was to use the tax bill to seduce them to demonize our president Dr William Ruto and his government in order to cause national demonstrations and president media coverage reports to demonize Dr William Ruto and thus cause to declare a vote of no confidence against him and his government. This diabolical political conspiracy was to force Dr William Ruto to resign to pave way for a re-election of another president before 2027. The planners think that they have demonized Dr William Ruto enough, by causing Kenyans loose confidence in him, that they can defeat him if they seduce Kenyans to pressure him with demonstrations until he resigns from office. No sirs. Dr William Ruto must not give in to illegal, unconstitutional and undemocratic demand for his resignation from office before 2027.
4. The mixed multitude of demonstrators (good and innocent Gen Zs, plus wicked and evil goon Gen Zs), looters, thugs, robbers and anarchists who stormed the parliament building, overwhelmed the security officers and burned part of it, and did the same thing to Nairobi city hall, and judiciary building were not peaceful demonstrators but Invaders. They attempted to illegally overthrow the democratically and constitutionally formed government of Kenya. They even planned to attack and capture the state house which is not peaceful demonstrations but the crime of attempting a coup d'etat. It's true to say that they were expressing their lack of confidence with the government and ministers but you know that all politicians and military officers who overthrow governments always do so saying they have lost confidence with their respective governments. Kenyans are not foolish. Attempting to take over the parliament, judiciary building, city hall and the state house is a coup d'etat.Period. it's treason and coup d'etat, s daylight attempt to overthrow our democratically elected president of Kenya and to take over our democratically and constitutionally formed government by illegally mob action. The 5000 Gen Zs who attempted to illegally overthrow the government of Kenya are not the 50m Kenyans. No sirs. They are a small fraction of the population of Kenya and you know it. If you are clever you will understand that many wise Gen Zs have withdrew their support for the demonstrations. Other Gen Zs who didn't join the demonstrations are now fighting the goons Gen Zs, who are taking advantage of the demonstrations to enrich themselves by robbing, looting, and stealing private property from innocent Kenyans. Surely it's political madness to use such barbaric militant goons, thugs, looters, and anarchists to burn private houses, businesses and vehicles shouting "Ruto must go" to overthrow our democratically elected president from office.
5. The problems facing Kenya didn't start 2 yrs ago when when president Ruto over the government. These problems were there even when the Hon members of the opposition passed the resolution to increase their salaries. Even the opposition parties leaders drive big luxurious vehicles, fuel guzzlers and own expensive assets. Thus blaming president Dr William Ruto for the problems facing Kenya today is diabolical hypocrisy and it's good that our ex-prime minister Hon Raira Amolo Odinga is well aware of that.
6. To say that Gen Zs, (good and goons Gen Zs mixed multitude) are working on their own without leader is a fools lie. For example the other day Hon Miguna Miguna publicly declared himself the commander of the Kenya revolution, (Gen Zs demonstrations and revolution), and commanded Gen Zs on the steps to take in order to overwhelm the security officers and the Kenya army (KDF), and to overthrow our democratically elected government and remove our democratically elected president from office. You cannot not lie to Kenyans saying that Gen Zs demonstrations have no leaders.
7. We know well that the opposition parties leaders have now shown up as supporters of the Gen Zs demonstrations claiming to have the same agenda as Gen Zs.
8. The manifestation of Hon Miguna Miguna as the commander of the Gen Zs revolution in Kenya is not a joke. Sooner than later more rebellion leaders and puppeteers funding and directing Gen Zs demonstrations and the "Ruto must go" coup d'etat conspiracy shall be known to peace loving Kenyans. God bless president Dr William Ruto, Hon Raira Amolo Odinga, and God bless Kenya.

Ruto must go. Wakenya tusichoke. I am supposed to be apolitical, but I can't let my country down. I must defend my country. Ruto, and all his collaborators, including Raila Odinga, lazima washuke.
How can Ruto who is duly elected resign, then be allowed to run again? That is wasting government resources. Why not let him continue and run again in 2027? Also, Otieno quotes USA's political model, which is not exempt from paying taxes. Why not also agree and model USA's policy of taxation. In USA, it is commonly believed that there are two things which are a must in life: death and taxes! Try taxation Kenya and do it right and our development will model USA's. Empty talking and riots won't work. We need positive actions of developing our country.

Very none sensical to hear that ODM will work with Ruto. Our constitution says that the sovereign authority belongs to the people of Kenya, and it can be exercised either directly or through elected representatives. When Kenyans stormed parliament on 25th June, they took away the delegated authority, and now the power is on the hands of the citizens. Ruto must go, and all parliamentarians must resign and seek a fresh mandate. 98 percent of them will loose...

Raila has been sent by foreign masters to save Ruto. His initiative is not pro people but a way to maintain the status quo for political class and to protect foreign interests in Kenya.
