Foxes live in the Taiga and Snowy biome…an Axolotl is one I highly recommend but you can’t tame them…you need a bucket of water to pick them up and if you want them to follow you, bucket of tropical fish. Why a bucket of tropical fish? Idk…they just like to eat tropical fish out of a bucket and not out of a hand…you can actually get a baby Fox and which you would have to breed two Foxes together and a baby is made by using berries, get a lead get hold of the baby and I don’t think they’ll run away from you if you have berries in your hand….I saw a video on getting a pet Fox and this is what I got out of it… Hope this helped a bit^^

the actual caves and cliff part of the update comes at the end of this year, in the first part they have only released items and blocks most of them arent even accessible through survival mode, id come back then whey decided to not torcher us with waiting times.
If you want an easier time with minecraft on hard mode (highly recommended) never use torches because the view in the dark orientates. Absolutly do NOT make a house unless you made a cave secret shelter and build a house over it. And another advisive tactic is to take time in the overworld to 1. Enjoy scenery 2. Get resources (recommended: 4 stacks of wood [one stack full=64] 6 slots full of stone [any stone] 10 tnt atleast. And maybe some spare armor and tools plus bring a furnace, crafting table, and 4 chests... have more than 30 iron as spare parts... 50 sticks 20 gold maybe diamonds... and one emerald.) 3. Get food... you need more than 5 times needed for full hunger! Survival is easier when ready. Heres advice with ender pearls: they used to be seriously fast but now are slow so be careful with them... I have more but i will stop here! Ask me for any info needed.
I disagree with some of these tips. Torches are fine if you place them consistently, and they block spawns. A base is essential to hold resources in case you die, and provides a place to put your farms near.
