There is 208 seat in PTA, for you to govern the metro outright you need 50% of those seats. If you do not have 50% and need other parties to come in with you, you then have to pass budgets and jobs with those parties as shared goverment.. Again, this is the first time that the DA had the 50% mandate to be able to go about thier task without interference and bunch of manchildren that are he'll bent on sabatage.
