Number 1 is right on. I grew up ten miles inland from the Huntington Beach pier. As soon as I turned 16 and got a drivers license I went surfing every weekend but I was smart enough not to surf near the pier until I knew what I was doing. Took about a year of surfing every weekend until I felt like I was decent.

The awesome thing that I love about your videos is that you always mention Braden Dias in your videos with the whole motto “u kno de rules!” thing and find it so funny because you just have that natural trait about you! But I was actually named after that guy word by word and when I watch ur videos it’s just the funniest thing ever 😂

I think i got the hang of the codes but you can spot me by being that surfer taking on big waves but surfing straight back to the beach.... I get these comments like " you're supposed to surf the face of the wave "... yeah no shit Sherlock. Love your video... it's like poking yourself as a nube, watching this..
