you can return Forsaken Miner from Thunder Junction from graveyard to play when you commit a crime. With Phyrexian Altar (or sac outlet plus Pitiless Plunderer) you can deck your opponent by targeting them with Rakdos’ trigger, bringing back the Miner and doing it over and over again.
Ooh, I missed that card in spoiler season 💪 nice and flavorful with that need to commit a crime lol I like it more than like a Reassembling Skeleton combo
The triniform is a fun card but there’s a big difference between 9 mana and 6 mana 😅 I’ve generally had difficulty getting the robot out but for sure, it’s pretty fun when it hits the battlefield
@@MTGJanktown true! I definitely agree but I would argue if your ramp or effects like pitiless plunderer are online for just long enough it could definitely be plausible 6 mana is WAY more effective overall
thanks! glad you liked it 🙏and it's my personal bias but I really don't like playing Prosper lol 😅strong card tho and is a staple for any deck that likes to play from exile. I'd include it in a meta where people aren't tired of seeing it. As for Birgi... definitely a card I considered, but I think I ultimately cut it because the extra mana wasn't getting utilized as much as I'd hoped. We're not necessarily running a storm curve and so that's why I think I prioritized more 'reliable' sources of ramp/the burst ritual effects
No, you gotta sacrifice the creature to Rakdos to make him indestructible. But if you sac a creature to the altar, you’ll still get the impulse draw part 💪

Might as well include phyrexian triniform in this deck! Does what a wormcoil would do but WAY scarier

No, you gotta sacrifice the creature to Rakdos to make him indestructible. But if you sac a creature to the altar, you’ll still get the impulse draw part 💪
