Quran says in Surah Zummar 53:
“Tell my servants I am the forgiving One, The Merciful”. Do not lose hope in my Mercy I will forgive all your sins I'm most forgiving most merciful. Satan will make your delay - turn back to your Rab quickly before. Do not lose hope in mercy of God."
May Allah guide you to Islam brother. We never know when will death approach and we'll lose our chance. Say the Shahada when you can. May Allah have mercy and blessing upon us and our families.
Accept islam as early as possible. We don't know when one will die. Once dead there is nothing we can do about it and non muslims will be punished in hell forever (permanent hell).

Calling to Islam in the best manner
The da’iyah (caller) may be faced with debates in his da’wah activities, especially with the People of the Book. Allah has commanded us, if it reaches the point of debate, to debate in a manner that is better, which is with kindness and gentleness, explaining the principles of Islam as they came, pure and simple, in a kindly manner and with no element of compulsion. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And argue not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), unless it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, inviting them to Islamic Monotheism with His Verses), except with such of them as do wrong; and say (to them): ‘We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our Ilah (God) and your Ilah (God) is One (i.e. Allah), and to Him we have submitted (as Muslims).’”
[al-‘Ankabut 29:46]
