You did good for your first tournament series dude! Newport does have some good fish they’re just few and far between sometimes. I stayed up north of Newport the whole series. My buddies fished Newport for the final and didn’t do so well!

I’ve had days of absolutely killing it, but I’ve also had days like today of not catching anything till the last 2 hours
