It should be "zu" all the time. I think that was because of my Taiwanese accent if it sounded like zhu. 😅😅

(1) I read 茶 in the second tone.😁😁
(2) 不客气，气 in southern China, we will read it in the fourth tone. I think both (light tone or fourth tone ) are fine. 🤝🤝
