Samus in J version is so much better than U version. The inability to DI out of the Up B makes it the most broken move in j version
jousuke is like armada in melee: has an option for every scenario, covers everything, and gets to the most punishing outcome in the shortest possible sequence, while using a lower tier character.....his samus play is sexier than big tits.
Of course the rat wins

it's not an emulator, they are playing in console the japanese version.
if you wanna play in emulator try Project 64
