I used to take melatonin about 1 hour before bed. They help put you to sleep, but I'd wake up after about 1.5 hours of sleep. Ever since switching to THC gummies, I sleep better, drink less alcohol, and wake up without a hangover.🌿 Gummies for the win! 😁

You should have combined the magnesium, hot shower, and meditation to see if there are any compounding effects. Would have been interesting to see that data. Overall great video, like always!!
Various magnesium can have crazy effects on me. I especially like using a magnesium body wash in a hot shower before bed- one of my favs! also a magnesium spray on the bottom of your feet is most effective. sleeping with linen sheets 👌

I use melatonin on the regular to get to sleep. It doesn't keep you asleep or anything.. but helps me relax to fall asleep - which is my main problem. One that you missed is Ashwagandha (typically with black pepper), it's a daily thing to take before bed which an ex girlfriend swears by. I'm going to switch over from Melatonin and give it a go myself.

Leg day for sure affects my resting heart rate and HRV. Any hard workouts workout really, but hard leg day changes things the most. I tired to keep things pretty similar on the days I used for the scores. But it’s probably not perfect. 😎👍🏻
