All cars are "destroyed in the same way"... looks suspicious for me. The restoration works looks awesome though
yeah, that rust is sus... rust on plastic seats?! Washes off quickly in water with a toothbrush. No pits in the metal once the rust is removed...
Uh yeah they are "distressed" on purpose to look like they are wrecks from junkyards, its not meant that you take it seriously
It's because it's been left in mild acid for a few days.
My bet is he buries em for a week or two....explains the surface rust and how they are smashed up

Out of all the tacky jobs that other channels did with the 1/24 scale Jada toys or Maisto or Bburago and etc, this has to be one of the more aesthetically pleasing one to watch.
