On another note what kazy has done is exceptional! Best property guy I follow on insta by a mile. Everything transparent, down to earth and built from scratch! Nothing but top tier respect!

Wow, very inspirational for this woman to set up so many businesses and have such a positive attitude. You definitely need to fail fast and then move on quickly.

Very interesting interview with 2 very intelligent individuals. Ghana is my late father’s homeland and I can’t wait to visit again.

Ghana on the rise yh but the real estate bubble has burst. I’m Ghanain and having invested in couple apartments I am happy to have sold them and exited. There is over supply of apartments, bout 70 percent are empty unless is Easter or Xmas and rest or year big void, not much middle class income in the country to keep all these places rented etc. just know what you’re getting into. The best years was 2009- 2019. . If I’m buying a place there next it’s just for me to live in.

I am living in Accra also and agree with this assessment. I'm developing a wellness resort in the Volta, just Google Zen Palms Beach Resort& Spa. Great opportunity for year round income not determined by rents alone👍🏾🇬🇭. Just felt like sharing and good luck!

Jheeze Bru what Bru what! What a great episode and glad to have you cover Ghana as well. I think it’s about time that more investment goes into West Africa.
Kazy I always thought that your Ghanaian, or have Ghanaian in you 👀

I'm Ghanaian, grew up in the UK and live in Ghana and i can tell you she's NOT had much experience in the real estate market here. Land acquisition here is very volatile, "year of return " was an embarrassing flop. Regarding the "housing deficit " there just isn't the purchasing power here for a big overseas developer to come and build thousands of units (they wouldn't get their rerurm). The "8%" return she mentioned is highly disputable. If you were to take emotions out of your investment decision making, you'll invest your money in more stable markets across the World.

Volatile market. All the best to those invovled though.
