Aiya, people cook with more oil because you are their visitor, so they take the effort to make more delicious food for you. Do you think that this aunty has the time to cook so luxurious food like rending and durian etc every day? She knows that she is going on TV so she purposely do the best she can to show her skill. Most people can't even cook such things at home because they don't know how to. Don't compare dishes like that to 'healthy standards' and talk about health using people's painstakingly prepared dishes. Very disrespectful. You want to talk about health, you can do so in a less offensive way. I can't believe that the host could do such things.
