Uhh I can't get this quest I killed elder maxson and the others before I was general of the minute men now I think i can't get this there body's respawn that's all
You need to be general of the minutemen, have got the castle as a settlement and I think you have to have completed ‘the nuclear option’ quest which is where you destroy the institute.

Nice, very few people show a vid of a well built castle during this quest, especially loved the touch you did with the flares in the beginning.

You need to go to the institute and kill anyone and then go back to Preston Garvey and also sorry for the late response.
