I have been to Taobat and the more you go towards Taobat, you will notice the Neelam River comes at ground level and in Taobat it is at ground level and on the other side of Taobat there is Gilgit Baltistan on one side and on the other side there is the Indian part of Kashmir.
And this place is the most beautiful place I have ever visited after ArangKel.
The time when I visited the roads were in very bad shape but now it looks like a sedan car can make it to Taobat
There are kishanganga dam above it which reduced its waters

so the Neelum road is still not constructed.. we visited Arangkel in Oct'21, it was the same that time.. because of such conditions of the roads of the northern areas I stopped going... hope the infrastructure will be improved soon in these areas.. and then these places will feel like heaven and pleasant.. such type of roads makes us very tired and unhappy and adds discomfort in our moods...
Also weather is so hot .....not like kaghan naran....
