(You can find parts if the information elsewhere, but I don't think anyone has ever lumped it together like this)

So I added the engram lines to lv 110 and triple checked the spelling and it's identical to what's shown here, however, it didn't work? Several other edits to the ini files work fine in game but not the increased engram points. Should it be in GameUserSettings instead of Game now? Has anything changed with the file pathing because of an update? edit: I switched the lines to GameUserSettings and still nothing, I'm going to leave it as it is now but if anyone has an idea please leave a reply.
I copied the 2 files you put here, my base walls, foundations, and items inside disappeared. the roof and stairs were still there. I'm thinking it's because i don't have the same mods as you, if you could list those that would be great. thanks
I'm using S+, and down in the area where you show the super structures settings, I have nothing in my gameusersettings.ini - that section doesn't even exist. Can I just add in something for S+ so I can change the compost bin crafting speed, etc...?

Do you have to copy all of the settings you have here for the engrams points bit to apply or can you just copy the OveridePlayerLevelEngramPoints and have it work that? Tried just copying OveridePlayerLevelEngramPoints for every level and saving it but still only getting vanilla points every level.
After about 2 hours of trial and error i figgured it out... im not sure if you still need the resolution but in the worst case somebodyelse gets my help: You can copy the " OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints= "- section, BUT you have to leave out the level numbers they wrote. for example the wrote " OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints[56]=200 ", but instead you have to write just " OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints=200 " to get 200 engram points for a level. the number is easyly ajustable and you just have to copy those lines beneath the last line. I got no empty Lines at the bottom but if you have, just move them even under your ajustments. I dont know why they wrote those numbers but for me it doesnt work. Without them it does. I hope this is helpful and if not, ask me and I answere... if I see the message / comment :D

All I have done is simply go to .../Ark/Shootergame/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor opened the Game.ini file and added OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints=30 about 120 times to the bottom. and then I got 30 engram points per level. check for spelling mistakes or stuff like simply putting it into a false ini file... or any unnecessary brackets. I also opened and edited that file with notepad so if you used something else that also could lead to an issue. By working with HTML i noticed huge differences even between Notepad and Notepad++ so if anything of this is the issue you're welcome, but if not text me where we can get through this issue via private chat and where you could send me images of your ini file. Oh and if you are using any mods through a mod launcher, consider that this could also be a problem because modlaunchers also tend to edit parts of the code or engine. If you play via steam for example and only use mods from the workshop than this shouldnt cause any trouble, I think. because for me this works well. :)
Question, if I wanted to change the stat multiplication value for Dinos, can I use the same as for the players? This one for example: PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[7]=1.5. Im from Spain sorry for the bad English, and nice video easy to understand

For some reason there are a lot of options I don't have on the GameUserSettings file. I did changed the in-game settings, maybe if that cancelled out some stuff? As for example, I do use Super Structures but don't have the options in the list.
If i were to modify the setting while i have a single player game already loaded in would it overwrite it? I am planning on modifying my single player game’s settings to make it quicker but I don’t want to risk deleting everything i’ve done.

Make sure you past the files into the right document. And don't forget to save after. You'll also need to completely restart your game after changing it

So I’ve followed along on the video, and have updated My game and gus files accordingly with the documents in the description, but only some of the changes appear in game. The ones that haven’t that I’ve been able to confirm so far are the engram points, and stat gains for leveling up a player. Do you have any idea why this might be?
Hey, I know this is for single player settings but I have a question about Nitrado and addons. I have Ark through the Epic Games store but I am hosting a nitrado server and I was wondering if I added an addon (S+) to the server would I get the addon also? (I know that S+ is not available for epic games store players)
So, I know I'm a bit late to the party here, but I'm an epic games user. I found my .ini, but it doesn't have the options to tweak the Compost Crafting Speed and other related settings in it. Is that available because of a mod? Or are those able to just be typed in and the game will recognize them?

Yeah, I'm not sure why this issue wasn't relayed or at least stated in some fashion like "Don't do this if..." or "If you have Epic version" something like this...

Yes, you have to add that yourself. Same goes for any mod you run

When you have the epic games version and no mods :(
If you have the epic version it works the exact same. Just open the epic folder instead of the steam folder.

It won't. You close your game, change the ini, save and load up your SP. Shouldn't lose anything:)

i dont have a file called game ini in my epic folders i have default game ini and editing that dosent seem to work or it breaks it instead for me.
If you use s+ do you just change it from super structure to s+ in the doc and it will work?
You change the header and some of the tek items need the name changed from ss to s+. But yes besides that you can just copy it that way

You have to type all of that out manually. Pretty much every single line.

It works the exact same. Only that instead of the steam library you open the epic folder.
