I’ve suffered from depression and severe anxiety for most of my life, mainly caused from years of drug abuse and self loathing, I’ve lost my family and a lot of my friends because of my poor choices and old self destructive behaviour. I’m coming up to 7 years clean and am slowly rebuilding my relationships with family and friends. I still suffer from low self esteem, depression and anxiety. I’ve tried so many things to cleanse my thoughts when I have dark days but the only thing that has been helping is your music. I find I can just switch my mind off and really listen and feel your emotions through your music, it takes me to such a calm place I never thought I could reach. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for your music Malte. From the bottom of my heart and soul I want to say Thankyou. Your music heals in ways I never thought was possible. Bless and love. 🙏🧘♂️❤️
