I was there when the fire happened, I was the first on the coach as I was on the buggy car thing getting dropped off before everyone else, where did you get dropped off, I got dumped in a local car park with no Tui reps lol. At least the fire has returned to normal 😊❤
Hi, we were in Lagas Aegean Village hotel and we were evacuated to the football stadium, we had loads of water and food brought in by the army, just thought I'd clear that up.

Hi, how was the situation the following days? Is it wise to travel to Kos in 2 weeks? Im a bit worried about the smoke or other impacts of the recent fire.
Everything returned to normal within 48 hours. The emergency services and people of Kos and in particular Kardamena were amazing. It was hot, and as with anywhere when everything is bone dry there is always a danger of wildfires. I would not hesitate to go back. I hope that you enjoy your visit.
