3:15 Where is the caption explaining what 10-15 is and why the officers do not want to go that route?
Edit: Oh, I see. 10-15 is arrest. They weren’t going to arrest him for driving with a suspended license in hopes that he would consent to a subjective field sobriety test, but then when he wouldn’t perform stupid human tricks, the license was enough to arrest him so the car could be searched and the bottle opened. And when the search didn’t turn up any marijuana, the officers miraculously stopped smelling it. (Well, actually the second officer never claimed that she smelled it and refused to answer the suspect when questioned if she smelled it.)

RILEY is in the RIGHT. NOT WRONG in this situation... His constitutional rights are being violated. He should have asked for Superior officer befoe asking for a Lawyer... And then mention how he doesnt want soeak until he speaks to a lawyer...
Proper Protocol for a victim when you being taken advantage of by authorities.

32:00 It is standard law enforcement practice to turn off the body-worn cameras and get their story straight. That is a very accurate statement. If the investigation is concluded, why is the more video of the transport? And why are they concerned if they are still recording?
“Are you still on?” Based on the transport video, the officer turned her camera off for 3 minutes and 20 seconds (3 minutes and 50 seconds if you count the 30 seconds without audio). What did they need to discuss during that 3-4 minutes?
