14:15, this is a great example of why eyewitness testimony can be so fallible. Sean says “you get paid by the taxpayers” and the chief somehow hears “I pay your salary” and then convinces his sergeant to say he heard the same thing and now they are both swearing to it. Now imagine there was no video and the chief thinks he hears a threat or something. Now you have an innocent citizen’s word of what he said versus 2 seniors LEOs who swear he said something different. Who do you think people are going to believe?

The doctor/law enforcement correlation is a false equivalency. Medical professionals are actually held to account and have insurance that rightly goes up when they err (assuming they screw up on someone that can actually afford to sue them). The chief's qualified immunity has allowed his passive aggressive condescension to fester to the point that he can't possibly see anything wrong with his demeanor. Explaining it to him is screaming into a void.

It’s actually very difficult to hold Doctors accountable.A lot of times you sign a consent form where it states that nothing they do is guaranteed. For a Dr. to lose there license, you would have to prove they intentionally acted in a negligent manner or that they screwed up so bad that there’s no reasonable way to justify the mistake.Listen to the “Dr.Death part 1” podcast. It’s insane how long that guy was allowed to destroy peoples lives.
