This is a great script and the visuals are fantastic. There is a slight problem with the audio, however. Because you create 3 layers called 'Hologram Effects' by making copies of the original layer, if that original layer also has audio you will now have 3 times the audio (one per layer) so your audio is 3 times as loud. You can fix it by muting all but the first of these layers, but you have to find them and do it manually. You might want to add that muting to the script. Thanks again for a great looking effect!

When I import the script and click on it it gives me a thing that says “unable to execute script at line 3. Invalid image data
Hey make sure to include that images folder from the zip file with the script (in the same folder) and it will work!

i’ve installed it into the script folder in AE with the images and the effect still isn’t showing up, CC 2018 and english version. i search for it and nothing happens
It's important to know that this Script will only work if the Language of After Effects is English. Would be great if this could be changed. Anyway: Fantastic stuff thanks for sharing with us!
when i yous the same clip like you the effect does not go can some one help me
I loaded the script and ran it, but it isn't showing. The effects are all there in the editor panel, but there's not a hint of tint or scanlines or distortion or anything. Does this not work in AE 2023?
Hey first script I've downloaded but i too get "invalid image data" even when putting it in the same folder in the scriptsUI Panel. I have searched for answers on google before commenting but can't seem to fix the issue, any suggestions? also thank you so much for your time in giving this for free also appreciated.

You should do the reintegration effect of Spiderman far from home, when they show the people that vanish, coming back.

I used it and it worked but only for a while. Now it show me a strange gold curtain. any ideas? I thought it was for a resolution problem but it seems not

Just put the images folder from the zip file in the same location (next to the script) and it will fix it!

Im also not see any effect...
If you were using a non-english version of AE, this should now be fixed in the most recent version of the script. You can re-download it now and should be fine.

EDIT: Maybe this didnt work to me because the script doesnt recognice my plugins because i have the spanish version, so they have the spanish translation

Yes. Its works only in eng version of AE
The script is now updated to support AE in other languages. You may re-download the script and it should function as expected! Let us know if you are still having any issues.

I have it downloaded in the scripts folder with images, and the icon box with the options appears just fine, script writing is enabled and when i press the + it adds all of the comps and solids and the effect, but nothing is changing to the actual image

No, it’s after effects exclusive
But they did release a tutorial that you can do most of the inside of him, and his film has the VGHS deres effect which is basically a hologram.

Guys is this open-source? I found out that the code is language-dependent, so if you have a language that is not English in AE it's gonna give errors to fix manually, I wanted to patch it from the file.
