The last place I took my dad before he died, on a little day trip out of his assisted living facility in Spokane in 2019, was Chewelah. What a beautiful area you live i! Seeing the drive brought back memories. Thank you.
Great little trip. You're getting the creamery set up well. Love how squared away the farm is. Looking forward to seeing more of the animals. You guys are awesome. ❤
cool ride along, I was forced into retirement after someone crashed into my truck at a red light while i was sitting in the turning lane, somedays I miss it but now i can just ride with you
So you went from one into the other , thats only a good thing, it shows that the creamery is now in working progress, best of luck and greetings from a Dutch dairyfarmer
Keep those videos coming! Geez, didn't expect that you'd have a new one up so soon LOL what a pleasant surprise. Would love to see a video if you had one about the restoration that you did to the Heil tanker. Also I was curious about the company name on your door of the international, is that the original name of your family's company when they were hauling milk?
I wouldn’t call it a restoration as such… more of a fixing up. I did get a few photos though. I should do a “meet the fleet” video… The name on the door is an amalgamation of the two previous names our family used. I’d probably cover that in the video too.
Drove for Reddaway for 29 yrs out of Eugene, Or. So sad to see this trailer now. Especially how YRC took down these companies, and all those good people were let go. Very sad. Todd the retired trucker.
You look right at home driving that thing!
Looks like it was a fun trip!
Glad to see the old tanker worked out, it's looking good now.

That’s how my Dad drove… Guess I need to lube the clutch pedal!

And if it is one of the engines I mentioned is correct, it will likely have an E after the number.
Alright!

I still remember when it was TNT Reddaway… Their terminal was next to ours in Spokane.
Ok, so now I know some trucker language. Bobtail - a semi truck without a trailer attached. Correct?
Yup! 10-4!
Hi, I was just wondering if you guys are going to still process on the farm or is all your Milk going to the creamery now thanks
Oh yes, we’ll still be making cheese on the farm.

What power plant are you running? I would guess DT466 or DT530.
It’s a Cummins ISM.
Thanks. Inquiring minds and all.

Still here! Need to fix it up more, but eventually plan is to have it and my old milk tanker as a backup rig.
