    Great vlog …… really enjoyed that. Must admit in all the years I have been visiting Corralejo, I have never been to Lobos …. I was surprised how busy it was on the beaches. Maybe give it a go some day.

    I’ve only been on the glass bottom boat and anchored near to Lobos Island and been on a Catamaran around the island I haven’t stepped foot on Lobos Island itself yet.

    You guys need a gimbal and don’t hold your fingers on the mic. Apart grom that: great content. Keep up that good work. Perhaps a video on Las Rotondas is an idea. Love that shopping center and is definitely something we didn’t expect to find over there.

    • @NomadBrothersTravel
      @NomadBrothersTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Bart! We have ordered an external mic for the camera as we are aware the audio quality is bad at the moment but it’s very difficult in strong winds and the gimbal is also true but that’s just a lot more than we can afford to invest right now! One day we will!! Also thanks for the video ideas, we’ll note them down 😊

    • @NomadBrothersTravel
      @NomadBrothersTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Kathryn! Yes, I believe you can do dolphin excursions, jet skis, private boat trips to Lobos with snorkelling, kayaking etc and there is a company that runs a sailing course also called Sail The Canaries operating out the harbour of Corralejo 😊

      Hi. Enjoyed the video! I was wondering to the same as Kathryn, do you have any recommendations for half day Lobos boat trips? Planning on visiting in a couple of weeks and looking for a relaxed boat trip. Thanks

    Guys, i think your conclusions about Lobos are about right. It does warrant a visit if only to see the beautiful blue water in the lagoon half a day is probably sufficient and in the summer especially, it is probably better to go in the morning than afternoon due to the heat and lack of shade. I know you didn't have time to walk right round the island but it is probably less than two hours and worthwhile - remembering to take plenty of water and cover up! Putting the restaurant aside a moment which i havent tried, it is quite nice to take a picnic over and have it on the lovely beach where you swam. When you get back to Corralejo by taxi or ferry i find an ice cold large beer really slakes the thirst! 🤣. Can't wait until early November when i will be over for 11 nights. Cheers!

    • @NomadBrothersTravel
      @NomadBrothersTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah we completely agree! The morning is the best time to go but we were busy in the morning of this day unfortunately!! But yes definitely worth it for the colour of the water alone in the lagoons and the views from the mountain 👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks for watching and hopefully see you in November 😊

    Nice post lads.Been coming to Corralejo for years and never visited Lobos.
    When I was there(Corralejo) the last time you needed to register for a visit due to its protected status.Is this still the case?

    • @NomadBrothersTravel
      @NomadBrothersTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It has a protected status, that is true but I’ve never heard of having to register to visit! You can just turn up to the kiosk on the day and buy a ticket!

      @@NomadBrothersTravel Pretty sure when I was there Nov 2019 you had to get some sort of permission but the guys at the tourist booking places did it for you.But seems like it
      is a straightforward booking now.

    Just found your channel... watched the corralejo main street and this one! I've only visited Fuerteventura for the day following a boat trip from lanzarote. I'm looking at living in Fuerteventura, what advice can you give me? Where do I start?

    • @NomadBrothersTravel
      @NomadBrothersTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, do it! It's an amazing lifestyle out here. I'd recommend moving to Corralejo if you want more social/nightlife but check out the other towns if you prefer to be more in the wild areas! It's very diverse. In terms of getting residency it would depend on where you're currently a citizen and if you're self employed/can find a contract etc.
