@@suzys8558 A square yard or square metre would do just fine. There's no point in cutting it smaller as that would create wasted scraps of fabric which this sort of concept is supposed to be eliminating. A slightly bigger square would just make the bottom of the bag a bit bigger, or you can pull the tie through with longer ends and have a slightly bigger knot. It just needs to be a square.

Ну, поразмышляйте, что обычно в вечерней сумочке - пудра, помада, плюс моб. телефон, возможно, влажные салфетки, (прокладки)...Это будет отвисать, как фиг знает что ))). Вы просто возьмите кусок ткани, сложите всё это, сверните примерно кулёчком, поднимите и офигейте. А потом возьмите нормальную сумочку и не парьтесь.)))
