I've never understood that. I'm baldheaded too, but why wear a hoodie and never cover your bald head ? My head freezers when I see bald guys walk around with a hoodie and never cover their heads. So why wear one ? Lol. Big ups to Guy for keeping that head covered up and not catching a cold, and to Branch, for taking the chance and not covering your head, and hopefully not getting a head cold. 🙂

Both of your questions are asking the same thing. The more you workout the more calories your body burns. You have to eat less than however much your body uses per day to lose weight, it is literally a law of the physics. Go find a tdee calculator online to figure out roughly how many calories your body is burning per day and then eat less than that. Doesn't have to be 500 but that's a good start.
They do both. Did you see the warm up with those 8 pounders? I find that even as a natty athlete I gotta do that in order to get an actual pump. The body gets so fucking efficient at doing hard work that you have to come up with new ways to destroy it. For example for biceps I do strict curls with dumbbells and then I grab a huge barbell, pretty much clean it up barely using biceps to my shoulders then let the bar drop and try to hold on for dear life as my muscle is being literally ripped :) . I could see results very quickly when I switched over to this way of training. Incorporating it into other areas of body :D .

That way, you will have a heads up on what to bring instead of traveling to countries then have to shop all over for food ? Research first before traveling because bringing all types of food on a plane, and then not being able to eat, sucks.
