Hello........I sympathize with your experience. I,too,had a beautiful boy.He was also a blackie and contracted CKD. I have never loved another creature as Ihave my 'Tipere who passed into another realm at 16. I promised him I would meet him in the stars one day. @@StefanSocial-ip8oj I’m so sorry to hear that your kitty has CKD. The silver lining is that with fluids and diet you can extend time to treasure every single precious moment…take lots of photos and videos…they will mean soooo much in the future

CKD is hard; we're just at the beginning of it but know the outcome.
Anyway, thanks for helping me to come to terms with it - won't be easy
