Honestly Tri Heart should’ve had additional effect that make any defensive position monster on the field effect negated if he was linked summon using a Light Heart. He is just too easy to get rid of and not doing much to protect going first. Most decks have ways to get around big monster effect negates with their spell or trap.
So what your saying is, is that there needs to be a Link 2 "Scareclaw" monster that uses 2 monsters including a "Scareclaw" monster as material. Then maybe it could read something like this? (This card is always treated as a "Scareclaw" monster) If this card was Link Summoned using " Visas Starfrost" or a monster with 1500 Atk/2100 Def, this cards name becomes "Visas Starfrost". Your opponent cannot target "Scareclaw" monsters you control with card effects. If this card is used for the Link Summon of a "Scareclaw" monster or is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special summon this card from the GY. Once per turn, during either players turn, you can destroy 1 card you control: All Defense Position monsters your opponent controls original Atk and Def become 0. If this card is in the GY, you can shuffle this card to the Extra Deck; Activate 1 of these effects: • All "Scareclaw" monsters you control gain 1500 Atk/Def.
