    Congrats on one year. Your video a few months ago on 10 different sectors to invest in are what got me started in investing beyond the 401k. I always look forward to your content, good analysis and no BS sensationalism.

    My 3 favourite REITS are O, AMT and VICI. When it comes to current Dividend Yield + safety of the portfolio, I really like WP Carey.

      Vici is awesome. I skipped it but might live to see a mistake at 18$ . Hindsight

    Own $5000 positions in 3 REITS and feel comfortable having that much $ in them cause I did my homework. WPC DLR and ABR

    Imo VICI is a bit overrated. They're doing okay, but they are vulnerable because of the sector and the lack of diversification. S-Tier REITS are O en WPC if you ask me. O speaks for itself. WPC is the same high quality, but a bit more under the radar.

    I have 0,WPC, AMT GOOD, MPW,AVB
    Learned some lessons will plan to get out of GOOD& MPW
    not much talked about residential sector I like avb diversity through out the country & potential

    Very good video, how cool could be the same style to consumer staples stocks. About Reits and even stocks... Yu people are from states, I'm from Europe, can you tell me if I was wrong put to much "power💰" in the American market? Do you guys search sometimes about strong Europe or Asia stocks too? I follow with O, WPC, VICI and MPW. After this I'm considering sell mpw and start a new position on AMT or CCI 🤔

    Congrats on the one year anniversary Nick 🥳 great video. I'm loving REITs at the moment, definitely adding to my positions in O, ADC, VICI, ARE, CCI and PLD as long as the market is down 😊 as far as storage REITs go looking into starting a position on a storage REIT in the UK since there's more potential for that market to grow there in my opinion.

    Hi. Thank you for the clip. I have already STAG (quite happy with) and MPW (not happy at all). However, as almost all REITs are down, I will hold them, waiting for a better price to sell. You thing that is a good strategy?

    I usually like your videos, but just had to turn it off when you listed Simon Property Group in the D group just because you don't like malls. That's not the quality analysis I was expecting from you. Simon Property is a high quality A rated premium mall REIT. One of the few REITs with an A credit rating. Yes as a precaution they did cut their dividend during COVID, but the D category hardly. Come on Nick!

      I agree for mall REITs, SPG is the one. I'm not interested in owning it because we are looking at a 10 year total return of 33%, 5 year dividend growth CAGR of 2%, 10 year AFFO/Share growth a measly 16%. But like I said its just my own ranking and not meant to be taken too seriously. Thanks for watching!

    I think Realty Income doesn't need to be S tier, its attractiveness as a stock comes mainly from its weird advertisement of its dividend as well as the fact its a monthly payer. With those two things in mind it fits a niche that can't really be said about the other 3 reit's in its tier. New investors are always going to flock to O like pigeons to popcorn in New York city. While it many not be S tier I think its the A tier heavyweight champ IMO.

    IRM just raised the dividend 5%. They made the case that they have been plowing money in to the expansion of the digital storage business. Now they are planning to ramp up dividends

    I mostly agreed with your ratings. The only surprise was ADC. I don't see how they got a top rating. They have not raised their dividend in 5 quarters, and before that at only 1%. They cut their dividend in 2008. I would have put this as a C at best.

    I’m adding CCI and AMT in my roth with $14 a day in them, so it’s cool to see some A ranking REITs that I can add on too as well since my roth is mostly compromised of REITs and ETFs

    Congratz on your first year anniversary Nick! I've loved the content and learnt a great deal on how to buy and hold great dividend growth stocks forever, from your content. I've always used your videos to supplement my convictions and do my own research. In terms of dividend growth, two other major sectors that have lagged behind in growth and fairly valued are pharmaceuticals and utilities. I would love to see more (but maybe not too much) of these tier videos.

    Great video, thanks for posting it. My Roth has taken a beating lately, however it has a lot of O, VICI, CUBE & ADC. Your video gives me faith that I made wise choices who are just going through an industry-wide crater right now.

    Why is everyone bashing mpw? Since the end of 2008 they have grew their dividend up until now it was cut to pay down debt. Even with everything going on with mpw they still hold above 90% occupancy, but hey to each its own.

      Now granted everything is on management now after cutting the dividend to pursue less debt. If that is the case then there is tremendous upside from here I'd say. And that is the gamble hoping the management team will do what they say.
