this song reminds me of Jacobs pain when him and bella fight and afterward when hes all lonely after Edward returns..and hes like in LOVE with bella and he wants her.
"you can turn your cheek, but can you forget me" line makes me think that bella just goes for edward when he comes back and leaves jacob after all hes done, but hes also asking if she would be able to forget him..which she can't.
so i say thing song is from jacobs perspective and his sadness, loneliness, and love for bella
