Hi @Looney Tales, thank you for your video. Can you confirm if the WES evaluates IK Gujral PTU B.Tech CSE Degree. It had stopped accepting PTU degrees earlier in 2018. Has it started again?
Yes, They are evaluating PTU degree
Have you send copy of your degree and marksheet also to WES?or only uploaded to wes website..and sending transcript only to wes?
University will need to send marksheet copies to WES

I have done BBA AND MBA so do I have to access both degrees or only master degree? And do I have to pay differently for both?
This is what is written on WES website: If you have an Indian master’s degree or an Indian postgraduate diploma…
You must also provide your bachelor’s degree documents. WES cannot complete an evaluation without these documents.
Please note: There are currently five exceptions. Those exceptions apply to people with a Master of Education, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, Master of Technology, or Master of Computer Applications degree.

My email was not verified when i created my student portal because they did not gave me the OTP . Plz tell me what to do
You need to check with PTU support.
When I try to apply transcripts after creating query in profile, it only gives me one sub category 'Transcript with attestation of academic records' but i guess we only require Transcripts. Please correct me
I believe its the option to choose. Basically you will send scan copies of your marksheets and degree to PTU and they will attest them and send to WES.

In Academic request form there are 2 parts that is part A and Part B. What to fill in Part B. We have to keep Part B blank ? Pls tell.

Hi plz reply in my case it’s showing 8200 payment at the end and I check multiple times it is still same. Kindly tell me should I pay the whole amount. You will need scan copies of your degree documents as we have to upload them.
What is the exact error you are getting while account creation?
Maybe you can try with different email.

I have heard it takes a month. But we didn't receive the hard copy and there is no tracking available.

Hi @Manpreet, have you checked if international transactions are turned on for your credit or debit card? If they are turned on, you should be able to make payment.
Hi, if money is deducted and not received by WES, you will get the refund. or contact customer care for your bank and they will help you with the same. You then need to make the payment again for receiving the WES reference number.

@ashi You will receive a reference number after you submit an application and pay the evaluation fees.
You need to fill the WES application on WES website and make the payment. Once done, you will receive WES number.

Ah! Really. I did this around 6 months ago. Maybe they have increased the fees.
But 6500 is too much.
Just cross check. Once login again and check the fees again

8 transcripts * transcript fee * attestation fee

I guess Payment can be done via visa, master card. But I don't believe we can register using Canadian number. Rest once you can check

If there is serial number on degree, you can put that number.

Yes, First create account on WES, you will get WES number after Payment. Then follow the steps as given in video to request PTU to send documents to WES.
PTU will take around 1 week to send documents. And WES says it will take atleast one month after receiving documents. But in my case, they were verified in a week only.
@@loonietales thanks bro... From India to Canada docs will be sent in one week only ? Also what is rough estimate for Total Cost, in wes again around 15k and PTU 5k so around 20k we have to pay ? Also pls make vids on PNP and Ilets...thanks alot bro
@@loonietales Hey Bro I just got an email stating that Your documents has been sent to your Verifying Agency and Your Query No.xxxxxxxx has been closed, how much time do you think it will take for WES to receive the documents ?
Also it got verified for me in 3 days taking in consideration it was slow due to long weekend.

They had some issues back in 2018. Now they do evaluate PTU degrees

In short, No problem from WES. But depends on the institute if they have any preference. Also, PTU has not given specifications this as well. Online signature chall to Jaane chahiye, but to be safe you can go with hand-signed.
Here is a line from WES:
"It can be filled out online or by hand; you can send it electronically or by mail. Just be sure to find out if your school has any preferences."
