Hi Andy Why you don't create platform to help junior developer to land their first job, I ve being looking for any junior/entry level position since the beginning of this year couldn't find any and this is so frustrating , I ve my certificate from a bootcamp but still hard to find any positions for juniors the most are for senior/people with experience

Not a bad idea! I can definitely see a need for something like this.
@@Webcrunch there is big gap/need there I still don't understand why there is no junior opportunities especially for rails developers
