Unfortunately, the things I forget can be important, funny, something I hate, interesting or anything else that exists in every universe that has, does and will exist... It's weird to me that no one knows better but me... I doubt my therapist and psychiatrist will be able to help me with any of my problems but it's not like I can do anything myself ;-; You? If you're willing to talk... Talking doesn't make me feel better. I just do it because ADHD and curiousity about other ppl.
