Antropova shone as the leading scorer and MVP in the game, scoring an impressive 19 points. Zhu Ting also made a significant contribution with 13 points, including 10 successful attacks, 2 blocks, and 1 service, showcasing a success rate of 48%. Additionally, she stood out by making a team-best 21 first passes, achieving a pass rate of 43%. The two middle blockers, Carol and L-Envacaro, secured 6 and 5 points respectively. Fantastic performance by Scandicci!
That's because #10 set most balls to her instead of Zhu. This setter is not good at setting the ball to the one who has the best chance of scoring.
Antropova had 7 errors, but yes, overall she did play well.
Milan is targeting Zhu from the service line because they know she can score better than Antra, they have a better chance blocking Antra than Zhu if the first pass is good. That's the reason why Antra is getting more balls than Zhu. And also Herbots is not playing good in this match so more balls to Antra. Anyway, this is the last season of Zhu in Scandicci, I hope she goes to Milan and replace Sylla.

I thought Zhu would get the MVP because she was the decider in this match. She practically carried Scandicci in offense and defense. She only had 1 error too when Antropova had 7.

The girls were incredible.
Anthropova's powerful attacks and aces.
Zhu Ting's fantastic floor defense.She was everywhere.Receiving and digging the attacks and serves of the opponent team.Committing minimal errors.
I think she was also the only one who didn't get any rest.She is inside the court throughout the 3 sets.
The Middle Blockers also did their part.
Appropriate substitution between Herbotts and Ruddins as the former could not really convert her attacks into a point.

Antropova e Zhu con percentuali in attacco da paura. Tra l'altro, è un buon momento per ZhuTing e si vede. Hanno avuto quella continuità che è mancata alle palla alta di Milonza, stasera non in gran spolvero in ricezione. Serata poco lucida di Paolona, tanti errori e poco aiuto anche dalle bande. A Milano non basta una ennesima superba prova a muro ed in attacco della meravigliosa Folie.
prestazione di Milano penosa, una caterva di errori, qualche guizzo di energia dalla solita Folie ed Egonu, ma molto molto deludente...

@@giovanniportas9085la finale di Champions è lontana e Milano ha il tempo per recuperare tutte le giocatrici, forse anche Daalderop (?). Per questa semifinale penso che Gaspari abbia comunque fatto bene a rischiare Orro. Con Prandi e Malual la vedo dura per Milano vincere contro Scandicci.

Ero pronto ad assistere ad una lunga maratona, con le due squadre impegnate a giocarsi la partita fino all'ultimo punto e invece Scandicci ha vinto agevolmente il primo incontro della serie. Tutte e due hanno provato fin da subito a forzare il servizio ma poi solo per Scandicci tutto ha funzionato al meglio (o quasi, visto la serata no di Herbots). È stato confermato il trend delle ultime giornate con Milano in difficoltà e Scandicci in crescita con belle azioni di sovrapposizioni, attacchi dalla seconda linea e un ottimo muro, che hanno messo in crisi il Vero Volley.
Si bravo, io in dffetti ho dimenticato di rimarcare l'ottima prova a muro di Scandicci👍🏼

Maja is a legend but she is just not bringing the best offensively out of her hitters, especially the middles or outsides in this match.
She can only spam Antropova-ball so much (which admittedly becomes boring and one dimensional to watch after a while.)
Luckily, Milano had an off day.

Illuminante come sempre Fabio Arcuti. Il bello dei Playoff è che sono tutti trasmessi dalla Rai con gli ottimi Giulia Pisani e Marco Fantasia. Tutti hanno visto il livello basso di questa gara: una montagna di errori anche grossolani. Al contrario, gara 3 di Novara-Chieri, definita dalla Gazzetta dello Sport partita bellissima e di alto livello.
Beh...il confronto non regge,dai! Novara puo' contare sulle giocatrici migliori al mondo in ogni ruolo, gia' in gara1 portera' a casa la vittoria e ...in gara 2 sara' un trionfo...la strada spianata verso uno scudetto strameritato ( avete dominato per l'intera stagione!... ..)

If it's not that Milano having a bad day, Scandicci would've lost the match.Maja's setting to MB was off, and always been off to the 4th position (OH). I mean look at Herbots's stats😂😂. Antropova is good, but Zhu is the game decider in this game, especially she can still achieve such success rate at attack from Maja's setting 😂

I think Milano should focus on getting an explosive OH instead of Daalderop, because as you can see, Egonu is struggling in attacks because of the blockings of Scandicci, she cannot carry the whole team, she needs support from the locals or from an explosive imports.

@@alfyyan5986 Herbots non ha brillato ma non è certo per colpa di Maja. La sua sostituta Ruddins invece ha giocato bene.
Le centrali di Scandicci non hanno segnato tanti punti ma sono state importanti perché hanno continuamente toccato e neutralizzato gli attacchi di Milano. Devi anche considerare che davanti avevano una certa Folie! Carol si, un po' sotto il suo standard abituale, ma sappiamo che l'attacco non è la sua specialità. Forse Maja non ti piace o non ti sta molto simpatica, ma ribadisco che stasera, a mio modesto parere, ha giocato bene.

Milano quest' anno ha giocato decentemente bene (in parte) solo in Champions League, forse sono ancora in rodaggio essendo una squadra nuova, speriamo prossimo anno possano ingranare

Scandicci ha giocato bene e Barbolini ha saputo ruotare tutta la squadra, ma se si guardano le statistiche, Milano ha perso per i troppi errori. Milano l'ho vista un po' spenta e senza grinta, spero che possano rifarsi mercoledì.

Хороший волейбол. Скандичи были чуть лучше, Екатерина Антропова тащит команду в финал. Сколько же у неё сил!? Дуэль с Паолой пожалуй выиграла Екатерина. Да и во всех компонентах Скандичи были чуть лучше и заслуженно выиграли, хоть и нелегко это было. В Милане Паола&Co постараются взять реванш. Огорчает только картинка из Италии, которая не идет ни в какое сравнение с картинкой из Турции. Да еще этот раскрас площадки, что порою не уследить за полётом мяча. На трибунах это может и не мешает, но по TV картинка раздражает.

@@williamsantos5862 Я смотрел прямую трансляцию из других источников и качество картинки не сильно отличается там и здесь, на TH-cam. Да что там говорить - можно здесь, на TH-cam сравнить игры турецких полуфиналов и игр итальянских. Любой непредвзятый человек отдаст предпочтение картинке из Турции, телевизионные специалисты которой душой болеют за качество предоставляемых услуг хоть за деньги, хоть без них и не разукрашивают площадку в немыслимые цвета ради пары-тройки десятков тысяч евро, рекламу на которой я так не удосужился прочитать.😀 Многолетний опыт трансляций волейбольных игр выработал оптимальный цвет площадки и любые отклонения от этого идут только во вред качеству телевизионной картинке. Мне так кажется!😁

Stasera la ricezione di Milano non consentiva grandi imprese, né Paolona era in serata da farne..e poi c'è stata una grande Scandicci!
Una serata no di Egonu (che può capitare) e subito a puntare il dito. Anche Herbots non era in partita (così come Carol e Nwakalor in attacco)...Antropova molto brava ieri ma anche lei durante la stagione ha avuto le sue giornate no (quarti di finale di Champions contro Eczacibasi, per esempio).

@@sinusiridum551 Se si guardano le statistiche, Milano ha perso per i troppi errori (ha attaccato meglio 41% vs. 36%). All'ipotetico hater ricordo che Egonu, all'esatta età di Antropova (quindi quando non era considerata una top player), ha vinto una Champions con Novara (che era una buona squadra, ma non considerata top) battendo il Vakif con Zhu e Robinson in semifinale al golden set. Ricordo anche che Boskovic (top player e fuoriclasse assoluta), l'anno scorso, nella gara 3 decisiva per lo scudetto vs Fenerbahce (che aveva già vinto 2 gare su 5), si è presa 12 murate in 5 set. Può capitare a tutti di 'giocare male', in qualsiasi sport (troppo facile sostenere gli atleti solo quando le cose vanno bene). E può capitare a qualsiasi squadra top di perdere o di avere una stagione sottotono (vedi Lube e Piacenza, ma anche Modena, nella Superlega maschile).
